Roberts was confirmed this morning. We have a new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Now we have to wait for the next nominee.
Aside: I am proud to say that for once in his career Carl Levin did the smart thing. He voted to confirm Roberts. I am beyond impressed. Oh wait, he's not my Senator anymore . . .

Yay, I have anxiously been awaiting that for so long! Good talking to yah tonight! :)
I'm more optimistic than most about Roberts. Do you think we can top this guy on the next nomination. Considering that this is most likely to be an affirmative action nomination. Other than Janice Rogers Brown (who can't get in because she has too many conservative writings) are there any possibilities that may pass the bar set by Roberts?
