I Do Not Hate Interviews Anymore

I had my interview today. It went very well. I owned that interview. In fact, the interviewer acted as if he had already decided to hire me. It was awesome. He did say at the end that he had a couple more people to interview, so he could not be certain of his hire yet. But I should expect to hear more by the end of the month and he told me who to contact in case they do not call back for a while.

At one point he took me out and showed me my cubicle. And I did not even have to ask him to see it.

I am very optimistic that I might get a job soon. Even if I do not get this job, I, at least, made a good showing in the interview. That counts for a lot and sets me on the road to doing well at interviews in the future. I am happy. I feel like I am on top of the world!

Have you written any editorials. Your means of expressing political perspectives is worthy of this occupation, which may lead to a career in politics for the "Future Legislator of America". First, though, you'll have to chose a side: Liberal or Conservative (your Bush bashing terror alert colors sign wouldn't do well with the RNC)

Little Cicero, I worked for the RNC for about 6 weeks. It's a sore spot for me. I tend to vote Republican. I do not agree with everything Bush does. My terror alert thing is there because I think it is funny not because I am anti-Bush (I like GWB). However, I do not think that GWB is really that conservative. I am a little bit on the neo-con side myself, but not that much. Big Government Republicanism bothers me a lot. Hence, I am for Mike Pence in 2008. He is a true conservative in every embodiment of the word.

Thank you for your compliments on my writing. And thank you for your advice.

Sorry,I'm a new reader, so I didn't know about your RNC involvement. I agree that the president has not done enough about big government. I can see the innocent humor in the terror alert.I'm not saying to marry the RNC, just that, to make a difference in politics, we are unfortunately forced to side with one of the influential parties. No offense intended!!

Apologies accepted. Do not worry about it. I do not think I ever wrote that I worked for the RNC on here anyway. I know what you mean about taking sides with parties.
